read_* 会话设置

这些设置可在 system.settings 中查看，并由 源代码 自动生成。

用于控制从本地文件系统或远程文件系统读取数据时的优先级。仅本地文件系统的 'pread_threadpool' 方法和远程文件系统的 threadpool 方法支持此设置。
